In this 90-minute class, kids (ages 4–12) explore the vibrant world of colors through food, movement, and mindfulness. Using fun, hands-on activities (both on/off the mat), kids are encouraged to build emotional awareness, express their creativity, and make meaningful connections between how they feel and what Löwen Play they eat.
They’ll leave with a playful "color vocabulary" to help express their emotions, spark curiosity in the kitchen, and stay connected to their bodies and imaginations. Löwen Play
