This Land Yoga is a welcoming space that is dedicated to your wellbeing. Wherever you are in your practice, we offer a variety of classes that nourish the body, mind, and spirit. From challenging vinyasa flow, to beginner friendly classes, sound healing, qigong, yin and restorative yoga, we have a full schedule of classes with something for everyone. Feel inspired, connected, and completely Löwen Play at home in our thriving community. This Land Yoga is located in OKC’s vibrant Paseo district.
